Registration is only available online at www.athlete360.com. Online registration closes Thursday January 12th, 2012 at midnight.
Late registration is available in person on Friday January 13th, 2012 at Streubel Physical Therapy from 5 pm -7 pm. Registration is not accepted over the phone, via fax, or through the mail. A $10 late registration fee will apply for registering on Friday the 13th.
